SARI, Dec. 01 (MNA) – Located south of Sari, the sight is beleived to be formed during the Paleocene Era and at the same time as the latest folds in the Alborz mountain range. The travertine terrace has been created over thousands of years as flowing water from two mineral hot springs cooled and deposited carbonate minerals on the mountainside.
